Job Title: Hospitalist (Wound Care)

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in wound care, including but not limited to:
  • Hyperbaric chamber therapy
  • Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), with a preference for Genadyne Wound Vacs
  • Skin grafting procedures
• Proven ability to oversee and direct a multidisciplinary team, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Wound ostomy continence nurses (WOCN), and Physician Assistants (PAs) in the development and implementation of treatment plans.

• Familiarity with additional wound care technology and modalities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Experience in a leadership capacity within clinical settings.

• A degree in medicine with a specialisation in wound care or a relevant field.
• Previous outpatient wound care experience is preferred.

• Current licensure to practice as a physician in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Certification in wound care management is advantageous.
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the clinic.
